Keep your eyes peeled for playful monkeys swinging through the canopy, tropical birds like toucans and parrots, colorful frogs tucked into the foliage, and fascinating insects hidden along the trail. Less than 24 hours: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled tour are non-refundable. No-shows: If you miss your tour without notice, the booking is considered forfeited and is non-refundable. Weather Policy Rain or Shine: La Fortuna’s tropical climate means rain is frequent, but tours typically continue as planned unless conditions are dangerous. If you choose not to participate due to rain, this is considered a personal choice and no refund will be issued. Severe Weather Cancellations: If a tour is canceled due to extreme weather or unforeseen safety concerns, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
