To ensure clarity and fairness, please review the following policies before your adventure: Cancellation Policy 24+ hours before the tour: Cancel anytime up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Less than 24 hours: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled tour are non-refundable. No-shows: If you miss your tour without notice, the booking is considered forfeited and is non-refundable. Weather Policy Rain or Shine: La Fortuna’s tropical climate means rain is frequent, but tours typically continue as planned unless conditions are dangerous. If you choose not to participate due to rain, this is considered a personal choice and no refund will be issued. Severe Weather Cancellations: If a tour is canceled due to extreme weather or unforeseen safety concerns, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
