Tackle over 30 continuous Class III & IV rapids as you raft 14.5 km (9 miles) down the powerful Río Sarapiquí. This heart-pounding 2-hour adventure will test your skills and satisfy your wild side — while still leaving time for a quick swim and a break for fresh local fruits 🍍🍌 Surrounded by lush jungle and wildlife, you might spot sloths, monkeys, toucans, and more along the way. Weather Policy Rain or Shine: La Fortuna’s tropical climate means rain is frequent, but tours typically continue as planned unless conditions are dangerous. If you choose not to participate due to rain, this is considered a personal choice and no refund will be issued. Severe Weather Cancellations: If a tour is canceled due to extreme weather or unforeseen safety concerns, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
